Marina discussion platform

In 1992, Mr. Reinier Steensma created a discussion platform for marina operators around Lake IJsselmeer. WA Yachting Consultants annually organizes three meetings for this platform, including field trips.

Almost 40 marina operators and owners, representing a total of 15,000 berths, attend these meetings. Among the members are important Dutch marina investors, operators of municipal marinas and managers of yacht clubs. Some other members comprise a yacht builder, yacht broker and yacht charter company.

The principal discussion topic is the future development of yachting in the Netherlands, the IJsselmeer and Wadden Sea areas, but also the latest developments in the marina business are discussed. A very practical way to exchange knowledge and to keep everyone informed.
